"Oh,
how she loved that unrestrained laugh of his. It was better than a bowl of rum
raisin ice cream or a scented hot bath in the middle of January or an afternoon
on the beach with a great book. It was simply the best thing in the world..."
"He
could no longer deny how he felt about her. Not just the part where he craved
her right down to his bones, but also the part where he had let her take up
residence in his empty heart and was still reeling from the glow that filled
it..."
"She drew her mouth away and took a ragged breath.
When Cyril leaned in to renew the kiss, she planted her hands on his chest and pushed gently. “Let me look at you for a moment.”
He straightened and gave her a panty-dropping smile.

Review
I thoroughly enjoyed Falling for Emma! As you all know, I like providing spoiler-free reviews so I don't want to give too specific information about the book in case some of you haven't read yet. Basically, the book is about a blind musician and a woman who he meets, Laura. They become friends and you figure out Laura isn't who she says she is. She has a connection to Cyril. Unfortunately, he is blind and also his hearing is distorted so he doesn't figure out he knows the person he has been spending his time with. It made for a great story and a really good read!!
