As you can probably tell, I am OBSESSED with anything J.S. Scott. The Billionare's Obsession is the series that really got me hooked. Here is the COVER REVEAL of the new book in the series, Billionaire Undone! This is Travis' story!! If you haven't gotten into this series, START NOW!

I know they say not to judge a book by it's cover but I think when you're looking for a new book on amazon, all you really look for is the cover, THEN you read what it's about. The cover is what makes you stop long enough to consider reading the book. As always, J.S. Scott does not disappoint. LOVE the cover choice in ALL of the books.

I am SO excited to read Travis' story. I think it'll be really interesting to see him in any sort of relationship. I feel like this will probably be my favorite of the series... which is really hard for me to admit because I say that about ALL of her new books. I'll post more when Billionaire Undone is released but for now, GET EXCITED!! :-)

REVIEW-- Dark Love by Olivia Howe

I have been catching up on a long list of books I've been meaning to read. Today I started (and finished) Dark Love (by Olivia Howe).

One of my favorite parts of reading books is that you can learn so much about the author. I have a degree in psychology so different topics dealing with psychology really draw me into a book.

I'm not one for major spoilers so I don't want to really give too many details about the book but I'll start out by saying it's about a girl who is suffering with depression. Long story short, she meets a guy at school who carries a MAJOR secret.

Okay, I know I said I don't like giving spoilers, but I was completely shocked this book contained vampires.

I honestly hadn't heard of this book until recently and I am always up for new reads so I was just completely shocked when that curve ball was thrown in. LOVED it. I love anything with vampires. :-)


Anyway, this isn't the typical vampire series. I know there are so many out there but what I loved about this series is that the non-vampire girl is really defeating the odds and really displays her battle with depression and despite all of the terrible situations she's placed into, she ultimately conquers. Of course, it's a continuous battle she faces.


I really did love this book, and I recommend you all to read it. It was so good. I finished it in a day because I wanted to know what happens next.

I am so glad I've read this book and look forward to more from Olivia Howe!

Cover Reveal-- A Dangerous Hunger (Author J.S. Scott)

 

 

 

Author J.S. Scott has done it again with her awesome covers. In case you're not familiar with Author J.S. Scott-- she is a big fan of writing about sexy Alpha-males, with a happy ending ultimately.

This cover is being revealed for the first time today, as it will be out soon!!

Book one of this series, for those who haven't read it yet (but really need to) is about Demons, obviously.


The focus on book one is about a girl name Kat who makes a deal with a demon... then a Sentinel demon, named Zach tries to protect her. Without giving too much away, they discover they're soul mates, which leads to a even bigger dilemma for the two.

Book one of the series is on sale to prepare for book two's release--it's 99 cent right now--I highly recommend you reading this series!!


I promise there will be more about this series to come--I'm actually running late to work but wanted to reveal the cover real quick for those who were waiting-- I am actually going on vacation this weekend so I wanted to be sure to post before I left.

An Introduction...

Welcome to Chele'z Book Blog!!

 

 



This is my first *official* book blog, ever. Since my entire purpose of creating a blog was to be based entirely on honesty, you must know--I have no idea what I'm doing.

 

With that being said, here's what you need to know about me-- I read, a lot. I will pretty much read anything, especially if it involves hot vampires.

 

I love indie writers. Most of the books I plan to review will probably not be well known. My goal for this blog is to introduce my readers-- you, to incredible authors.

 

Now, this is only my first post-- and it is my hope to have some of my favorite authors lined up to do a quick q&a to go along with my review. Now, I've never done this before on my own but I plan to ask questions that I feel like any other reader would like to know.

 

Obviously, this is a new blog--it'll take a while to get as many readers as I plan to have. BUT, feel free to leave comments and requests if you have any questions for me or any of the authors.

 

I also love being introduced to new series, feel free to suggest authors/books I should check out--maybe they'll be on the blog!

 

 

 

I am *so* excited to start this journey. I have found a way to combine my love of blogging with my love of reading. Also, it will be a great way to introduce my favorite authors to the world.

 

...well, maybe not the whole world...but at least those cool enough to read my blog. ;-)
